Beyond financing, HELP includes incentives designed to empower borrowers, build wealth, enhance financial literacy, and support recovery from financial setbacks. This program is here to make energy improvements more accessible, impactful, and supportive of long-term financial wellbeing.

HELP is now live and available to all qualifying Kingston residents. From replacing a window and improving insulation to installing a heat pump, we have you covered for all eligible projects up to $15,000. A portion of our loans can also be used to cover critical pre-electrification work such as electric panel upgrades, remediation of mold, lead, and asbestos, and structural repairs.
